Provide cost estimates of getting your wines to market, provide pricing advice and calculate your financial return on sales.
Arrange transportation (including consolidation for small shipments) from the overseas winery to the United States including ocean transport, customs clearance, trucking and warehousing. Where necessary we also arrange for retail wine deliveries.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Arrange for payment of all federal and state taxes. Obtain federal label approvals and waivers. Procure all federal and state licenses. File state brand registrations, price postings and monthly sales reports. Arrange for Food & Drug Administration wine facility registration.
- Customer Service:
Provide live customer service including customer credit reviews, purchase order fulfillment, invoicing and collections.
- Reporting and Analysis:
Provide comprehensive and detailed sales, inventory and financial reporting on a monthly basis.
- Marketing and Sales Assistance:
Assist in the selection of the appropriate sales channel for your wines ranging from wholesale state distribution through to online direct-to-consumer sales. We have an existing network of over 40 state distributors with whom we can arrange introductions. We provide sales broker management and payment of sales commissions. We also arrange for samples to be sent to potential customers, trade magazines for scores and to wine writers.
- Sales Staff:
Act as the employer of record and carry out pay-role functions for dedicated full-time sales staff in the United States.
